Are your sneakers new?

Not all of our sneakers and products are new. We sell our items as consignment goods. We'll state in the product description whether the item is new dead stock or worn.

How do I know if the items are authentic?

Each product listed on the website has gone through an authentication process to ensure that you are receiving 100% genuine items.

How do you determine the reserve prices of your products?

Because we're an online auction site all our reserve prices are set by our vendors/sellers. Reserve prices are also influenced by availability and demand.

How do I know when I have won an auction?

Provided you have logged in and placed a bid on a product we'll notify you via email whether you've won an auction on each item you've place a bid on.

What happens after I have won an auction

You'll receive an email with a "Buy Now" button. Click on the button and follow the necessary steps to complete the purchase.

Can I bid on more than one item?

Absolutely! you may bid on as many items as you like in any category.

How long does an auction run for?

A typical auction will run for 3 days depending on whether the reserve price has been reached. If the reserve price has not been reached the auction will be repeated.

Is there a limited number of bidders per item?

No, each auction can have an unlimited amount of bidders.

Where is my order coming from?

Your order will come directly from our warehouse in Cape Town.

Is it possible for me to cancel my bid?

No, once you have placed your bid it is final.

What is the most amount I can bid?

You may bid any amount higher than the starting price.

How long after winning auction do I have to pay?

You have 24hrs to pay for the item.

Can I change the address on my order?

Yes, you may change your delivery address on your account profile or at the shipping step during the checkout process.

Can I change the size, colourway, or model of my order?

Unfortunately not, due to us auctioning consignment goods each item is owned by individual sellers.

Can I cancel my order?

No, once you enter a bid you have agreed to partake in the auction and accept the outcome thereof, whether you have won or lost.

Can I sell items other than sneakers?

Of course, you may sell almost any clothing item including jewellery and various other accessories.

How long does the authentication period take?

It can take up to 3 business days before you receive a reply regarding the outcome of the authentication process.

How much do I get when my items sell?

As a seller you will receive the selling amount minus 10% commission if the item is new and minus 15% if the item is used.

Can I sell more than one item?

Definitely! you may list as many items as you like under your seller profile and we'll do the rest.

How long does it take for me to receive payment?

Payouts once any of your items have sold can take up to 2-5 business days.

How do I know that my products are listed on Casual Goods?

We'll send a courtesy mail to you as a notification that your item is now live.

Am I notified when my products are sold?

Yes, we notify you as soon as your items have sold in order to start the payout process right away.

Do I need to pay for items to be delivered to Casual Goods?

Not at all, we cover that cost as a courtesy in order to ensure that you are always winning.
